Hi! My name is Erica Arsenault. I graduated from Robertson College as a Registered Massage Therapist in 2015. I am passionate about helping others find relief from daily activities. I believe in the education of posture and muscle imbalances to restore function and reduce tension. Treatment-based massages are optimal to address the cause as well as the symptoms. I use a wide range of pressure, from relaxation to deep tissue. My favorite techniques that I believe provide the most relief are active and soft tissue releases. I look forward to creating a treatment plan to fulfill your health and wellness needs!
“Take care of your body, it’s the only place you have to live in.”
In her free time, Erica enjoys a fit lifestyle, and attends her local gym on a regular basis. She has a passion for yoga and has even taken a Iyengar yoga retreat in Maui, Hawaii. Erica loves the outdoors and can be found camping and fishing during the summer months. She has an adorable rescue dog, named Peanut, who is a cross between a Chihuahua and a Weiner dog!
Erica works three days a week here at Creating Health Massage. You can find her here on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 1:45pm to 7:00pm. Her afternoon and evening availability make it easier for her patients to schedule a much-needed massage with her, regardless of their work schedule.
