Dayna Scarlett went to school at Grant McEwen University in Edmonton, Alberta. After graduating in 2014 as a registered massage therapist, she returned immediately to Winnipeg to begin her career in her home town. She joined our team at Creating Health Massage Therapy that same year, and quickly became very popular, establishing a large patient base of people who love to come and see her! Dayna works Monday through Friday, with a mixture of daytime and evening hours.
Dayna practices therapeutic and relaxation massage techniques, using essential oils and trigger point therapy. Dayna’s infectious smile and easy-going nature will leave you feeling extra relaxed after your massage session with her. She has become so busy in the evenings, she no longer accepts new patients for appointments after 4pm, but if you have never seen her before, don’t worry! She does still accept new patients for her daytime appointments, Monday through Friday. Please call (204) 253-1900 to check her availability and one of our front desk assistants can help you book your massage with Dayna!
When she’s not hard at work making people feel fantastic at the office, Dayna can be found enjoying the great outdoors. She is a self described nature enthusiast! She enjoys getting out to the lake on weekends to escape the city and relax, while doing a little boating and ice fishing as well.
She is also very active within the city with sports, playing volleyball & slow pitch, attending spin classes at Saikel, as well as running and participating in races, such as the Manitoba Marathon Relay last year. Being so active in her personal life gives her a great perspective as a massage therapist with regards to treating sports injuries and giving advice on stretching and home care as well.
Dayna also loves to travel. Coming up this year in May, she will be spending 3.5 weeks in Africa, volunteering to help build a school! She will be missed while she is gone, but we are all very excited for her to have this amazing experience!
